Educational Grants
On behalf of the Department of Cardiology of Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, we are pleased to announce that limited number of educational grants are available for the 21st Prague Workshop on Catheter Ablation on 22 – 24 April, 2018 as well as for Practical sessions preceding the Ablation Workshop on 21 April, 2018.
Educational grants cover registration to the workshop, travel and hospitality.

You can apply for the grant via the attached form that serves at the same time as the registration form for the Workshop and/or the Practical Sessions.

Confirmation of grant assignment: after 10 March, 2018
