Registration will be processed on first come first serve basis. Capacity of the lecture hall is limited, late or onsite registrations might be refused for capacity reasons.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Full prepayment of the registration fee is requested. Unpaid registrations will be automatically released.
Cancellations:
- 90 % refundable for cancellations received by March 26, 2018 (10 % charged as the administration fee)
- no refund for cancellations received after March 26, 2018

Room allotment in following hotels has been booked for workshop participants. Rooms will be allocated according to your request in the registration form on first come first serve basis. Please note that the prepayment is required to quarantee your room reservation. Rates include breakfast and VAT.

* cancellation between March 31 – April 11, 2018 - 50 % refund (50 % charged as the cancellation fee)
* cancellation after April 11, 2018 - no refund
